If you're like most adults, you have at one time or another attempted to organize a group trip of some sort. Maybe it was just your extended family getting together for the holidays. Perhaps it was a high school reunion in a distant city. Whatever the situation, it was surely enough to make you realize that there are many potential pitfalls involved in managing group travel.
Larger groups have larger problems. More sophisticated groups have more sophisticated needs. Bayless Travel and its employees are experts at dealing with every aspect of group travel management. When you first contact us, we will initially need to determine the basic type of trip you have in mind, such as cruise, standard vacation package or tailored luxury tour. We'll need to know the expected number of travelers and your proposed budget.
Next we will need to consider some smaller, yet equally important details.
- Do you want to offer your companions different levels of accommodation?
- Are you considering any organized parties that would require refreshment or catering?
- Would you like to offer your fellow travelers any optional shows or site seeing excursions?
- Would you like us to send a member of our staff with your group as an escort? (We generally recommend an escort for groups of twenty or more, especially outside the U.S.)
- Do you need a representative to meet you at the airport?
With this information, we can give you pricing, available dates, and promotional materials to present to your group.
